Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and improve customer engagement for Sattva Group’s real estate projects. The role involves overseeing both online and offline marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for various real estate projects to boost brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
- Brand Management: Manage the brand image of Sattva Group, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
- Campaign Management: Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media channels.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s online presence, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing efforts.
- Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, PR, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) from all activities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to execute campaigns and manage deliverables.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate sector.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and marketing analytics.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
